Personally, I found Chiho Bistro to be a charming and elevated Chinese restaurant, offering unique flavors and dishes reminiscent of top establishments like Din Tai Fung. The mala and truffle-infused dishes stand out, and the presentation of the pink soup dumplings adds a touch of whimsy to the meal. Despite some dishes being on the saltier side for a few, the overall experience at Chiho Bistro is one that I would gladly repeat.

“ Soup Dumpling sampler is STELLAR!! Friendly, quick, attentive service. Reasonable prices. Thank you! ”
“ Dine-in, takeout, and delivery. All great! Favorite things: crab rangoon; Xiao Long Bao soup dumpling mixed basket (a wonderful way to try all the delicious flavors of dumpling!); pork fried rice; General Tso's chicken; beef and broccoli; soy glazed beef noodles. We did not love the shrimp spring rolls (lacked a bit of flavor) but everything else is delicious. We order or walk here every few months. ”
“ One of the best Chinese American restaurants spots to try. Good environment and friendly staff. I had the set menu A, and all the food was good. Not one plate that I didn't like. Had the crab and pork soup dumpling, Szechuan chili oil wontons, dan dan chili oil noodles, honey walnuts prawns. Also tried their pork egg fried rice, tasty. Highly recommend Szechuan chili oil wontons, you will be wanting more when you leave. ”
“ Chiho bistro is not a restaurant that caters to Asians looking for a hole in the wall traditional restaurant, but I actually really like it. It feels like a local elevated chinese restaurant that serves similar dishes to din tai fung with mala and truffle flavors. My friends found some of the dishes salty, but I did not mind. I like that their soup dumplings have unique flavors. If it was closer to me, I could find myself going there more often, but it's located farther south for my preference. The aesthetic of the restaurant is so cute and would make a nice date spot. ”
“ Came here on a Friday night around 7pm and was able to be seated right away! Got the mala soup dumplings, mapo tofu, dan dan noodles, and the cucumber and wood ear mushroom salad! The cucumber salad was a bit of a miss for me but everything else was really tasty! It was pretty spicy! I loved the presentation of the pink soup dumplings. The mapo tofu was definitely the star of the night. I got a drink too and it was pretty cheap, especially for Seattle! Would definitely come here again! ”
“ Food and ambiance was really nice. It was our first time and all in the group were vegetarians, so it was so great to see many vegan options. Service was good as well. We ordered many vegan items: Vegetable potstickers - 4/5 Vegan wonton - 5/5 Dan dan noodles - 4/5 Mapo tofu - 3.5/5 - little bit oily but decent. Its soft tofu in this dish. Vegan Soup dumplings - 4/5 Black truffle vegan rice - 4/5 We would definitely come back again. ”
“ Went here on a wedneday at 7pm, we had a reservation and were instantly seated. Good thing too bc it seemed like all tables of 4 or more were already taken. The place is super nice with a nice bar seated air and there's a lot of hanging lanterns, well decorated. In general I thought all the food and service was great and I really liked it here and would def recommend and try again. Chili oil - 8/10, chili oil so good. I was scooping it over my rice, so good Soup dumplings - 7/10. It was good but I don't think it's been the best soup dumplings I've had in the area Kung pao chicken - 6/10. Was a little thick and heavy for me, super good just didn't expect that Yogurt cocktail - 6/10. It was just ok, thought it would have more flavor but just very mild ”
